Fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) technology provides each unit with gigabit capable internet access. Structured media panel pre-wired for HD cable television, telephone system and computer network.HDTV and cable television outlets in kitchen, living and sleeping areas. Private wireless network provided to each residence. Keyless residential entry via smart lock system.

At the top of Brickell Flatiron's 60th floor (practically the top of the world), you find the stunning Sky Terrace, with landscaped rooftop pool, cabanas, sundeck and juice bar surrounded by advanced wind barrier technology. The rooftop also offers the Sky Wellness Pavilion, a rooftop spa and fitness center with Pilates/yoga and aerobics studio, private steam and sauna facilities in both men’s and women’s lockers. On the 18th floor, the building's signature lap and spa pools await, along with the state-of-the-art business center and conference rooms. Some of the other amenties include a children’s play area, game room, movie theatre and recreation rooms.

The residences of Brickell Flatiron offer 9’6” ceilings in the Tower Residences, and 10’6” ceilings in Penthouses. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass balcony doors and energy-efficient, casement windows make each residence light, bright and efficient.
