Giancarlo was born and raised in Colombia, where he studied Mechanical Engineering. He moved to the U.S. in 2002, and since then has been working in developing effective skills related to the real estate and mortgage industry. In 2013, Giancarlo earned a certification as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), acquiring the knowledge to serve clients with the highest standards in the luxury market.

Clients benefit from his expertise in Pre-construction, Residential and Commercial real estate in Miami’s emerging markets such as Doral, Brickell, Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Downtown Miami, Edgewater, Sunny Isles, Key Biscayne and Miami Beach. Buyers and sellers not only benefit from Giancarlo´s expertise in real estate sales, analysis of property values and market trends, but also from the mortgage knowledge he acquired during his years as a lender loan officer.
